When you browse through our listings you will soon realise that your property will get a very high standard of professional exposure with our visitors, which are all potential customers of yours! This site was designed with the end user in mind. They can;
Browse through clearly defined sections, such as Properties for Sale or holiday accommodation.
As they do that they can quickly see exactly where the property they are interested in is situated by looking at the Google Map view.
They can add properties to their "Short List" which enables them to sift through a (well) short list and find the most suited one easily.
From there they simply select the number of days and submit their details which is immediately sent to you.
A property owner listing with us remain in complete and instant control over their listing.
You can have an almost unlimited amount of photos which can be displayed for your listing and you can change them yourself whenever you want. We do however limit you to twelve which is much more than what you will get anywhere else!
If you have a holiday or short term rental you can set your own in- and out- of season rates and you can change them whenever you want without having to notify us or waiting for someone to do so. You remain in complete control and can manage you own property without having to rely on anybody else.
Once you receive a booking you log in, confirm the booking, and it is immediately marked as unavailable for that period. No more double bookings and our visitors don't end up following dead ends. This is what makes them come back over and over.
